Can I pay for the membership upfront?
Yes, you may pay for the membership upfront in full

What is considered upper face?
The upper face consists of the forehead (frontalis), between the eyebrows (glabella complex), and crows feet. The FDA approved dosing for these 3 areas is 40-65 units.

What other discounts do I get?
You will get 10% off of all additional aesthetic services. That includes dermal fillers, Radiesse, microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments and skin care products!

What if I need to cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel your membership, after the 6 month period, you must provide Modern Med Aesthetics & Wellness with a 30 days notice via email

How frequently can I get Tox injections?
You can schedule a tox appointment every 3-4 months.
